Buzz Labs

Terms of work

Last updated 5 November 2026

These are the plain-English terms for any project with Buzz Labs. Buzz Labs is run by Gerry Gregorious as a sole proprietor, based in Metro Manila, Philippines. Your written quote sits alongside these terms. If the two ever disagree, the quote wins.

Quotes

Prices on our website are starting prices. Before any work begins, you get a fixed written quote that lists what we'll build, the timeline and the price. The quote is valid for 30 days. If you ask for something that isn't in the quote, we'll tell you the cost first and only go ahead once you agree.

Paying

Changes during the project

Each project includes two rounds of changes to the agreed design and content. We show you progress every week, so most changes happen along the way. Extra rounds, or new features, are quoted separately.

What we need from you

Your text, photos, logo and logins on time, and someone who can answer questions. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us. If content arrives late, the launch date moves by the same amount.

Who owns what

Once the project is paid in full, you own your website or system, its content and its design. Your domain is registered in your name. We keep the right to reuse our general tools and know-how in other projects, and to show your project in our portfolio. Just ask if you'd rather we didn't.

After launch

Cancelling a project

You can stop a project at any time. The first payment covers the work done up to that point. If we haven't started, we'll refund it. If we've done more work than the first payment covers, we'll invoice the difference, and you get everything we've made so far.

Keeping things private

We keep your business information confidential and only use it for your project. If we handle your customers' personal data, we do it only on your instructions and follow our privacy policy.

Limits

We build with care and test before launch, but we can't promise that a website or system will never have downtime, especially when it depends on other companies' services such as hosting, email or payments. We aren't responsible for indirect losses like lost profits. Our total responsibility for any project is limited to what you paid us for it.

The law

These terms follow the laws of the Philippines unless your quote says otherwise. If something goes wrong, we'll always try to sort it out by talking first.
